The sale of Schütz IBCs, steel and plastic drums, all primarily for liquid products as its main activity.
Expansion into tinplate packaging, buckets & UN-approved cardboard packaging for the transport of hazardous substances
Acquisitions of companies like Pal-Con Plastics and Duo Plast as part of the expansion strategy to become a total supplier and knowledge partner.
The Bark premises relocate in Apeldoorn to meet the increase in turnover.
Introduction of the Outsourcing Concept in the Benelux packaging market, whereby the entire packaging management (or its aspects) is taken over from companies.
Through steady autonomous growth and strategic acquisitions, we acquire Van Lit Packaging and De Vries Verpakkingen.
Relocation from Apeldoorn to Eerbeek, mainly due to increased growth in the outsourcing concept.
Foundation of Bark Innovations, with core activities being the redesign of packaging and the development of new packaging concepts.
Start of warehouse expansion in Eerbeek, from 6,000 m2 to 8,000 m2 with a height of 14 metres. The new situation offers a total of 12,000 pallet spaces.
Acquisition of Dutch Pack International, specialist in flexible packaging.
We are now officially a family. Bark Innovations, Bark Verpakkingen and Dutch Pack International together form the Bark Packaging Group.
Bark Verpackungen in Stuttgart is founded to enter the international market. It’s a new member of the Bark Packaging Group and our first company outside the Netherlands.
Acquisition of CarePack Holland, specialist in the packaging of hazardous substances. This is yet another new member of the Bark Packaging Group.
